Shanta Lall Mulmi is the IHP+ Results Country Researcher for Nepal. Shanta is Executive Director of the Resource Centre for Primary Health Care in Nepal. He is a senior researcher and civil society advocacy specialist. He has specific experience in evaluating international health initiatives, as well as primary level education.
