IHP+Results monitoring is based on a set of agreed Standard Performance Measures (SPMs), linked strongly to the Paris Declaration Indicators. On a voluntary basis, IHP+ signatories will be asked to provide data against these indicators. This data is presented in a Partner Scorecard and a Country Scorecard.
The SPMs were discussed and agreed through the IHP+ Working Group on Mutual Accountability. This Working Group was established at the February 2010 meeting of the IHP+ SuRG, in response to a recommendation made by IHP+Results and the IHP+Results Independent Advisory Group.
