What’s new on the NSO | |
Countries lead the way | |
We support a country-led processes of mutual accountability in those IHP+ countries where they already exist. In others, we want to see local partners and the National Government establish mutual accountability for progress in the health sector, and IHP+Results is supporting these efforts wherever possible.
IHP+Results Project Director, Shaun Conway, discusses how this is progressing across the 9 countries participating in IHP+Results in 2009.

Aligning with country-led processes in Ethiopia...
In some countries we have aligned IHP+Results with the country’s own processes more successfully than in others. Ethiopia has a formal IHP+ Compact monitoring process based around joint and annual reviews. IHP+Results was asked to attend the Annual Health Sector Review to collect data and to speak with Partners about their progress in implementing their IHP+ commitments. Hailom Banteyergu, our country representative for Ethiopia, reports.
...and preparing for Burundi's Annual Review
| Burundi is preparing for its annual review next month (25-27 November). We are working with partners to inform the review through contributing the information that IHP+Results has collected on aid effectiveness in the health sector. Read the latest news from our Burundi country representative, Richard Ndereyahaga, in his blog. | |
Who we are, what we do | Top Discussions |
