The following table highlights the actions, from World Bank's scorecard, that World Bank is taking to implement its IHP+ Commitments. Click on each action to see the criteria that we are using to rate their progress in implementation, as well as supporting evidence for any ratings that we have been able to complete to date.

Actions in Health Financing The World Bank will continue to reform its framework for investment lending Scale-up analysis of health equity by doing reviews of at least four IHP+ countries - reviews will include examination of the extent to which poverty/equity are integrated into the objectives of existing country health plans/strategies and other related documents. Actions in Country Systems Continue to work with partners to refine and implement a common Health Systems Funding Platform. Continue to work to deepen knowledge on HRH issues, particularly in Africa, by providing technical assistance to support implementation of HRH reforms. Actions in Ownership and Accountability Organize the first annual Health & Development Forum. Continue to work with IHP+ partners to jointly assess national health strategies. Actions in Managing for Development Results Scale-up funding for RBF programs under the World Bank Health Results Innovation Trust Fund (HRITF). Continue to finance existing the Results-based Financing (RBF) projects, and expand financing to new projects, under the World Bank Health Results Innovation Trust Fund (HRITF). Continue to work to link provision of financial and technical support to results at the country level through annual Country Policy and Institutional Assessments (CPIAs) Actions in Health Systems Establish a Health Systems Global Expert Team Launch HSO website and develop virtual 'Communities of Practice' on Health Systems Establish technical health systems 'Hubs' in Africa. Hire technical experts for staffing of Hubs Deploy technical staff to country offices.
