| Background | Countries have a range of cooperation mechanisms to bring together partners in the health sector. The important point we are looking for on this one is the level of participation of a partner in those cooperation mechanisms, and looking to the future the level of adherence to any codes of conducts or agreements for action and behaviour that the cooperation mechanisms develop. |
