Action
Increase the volume of Global Fund financing which is reported in national budget documents
Description
Global Fund approves an operational policy to encourage government recipients of Global Fund grants to include and appropriately record Global Fund contributions in national budget plans and expenditure reports. This is measured with Paris Indicator 3.
