Transparency and Participation

Transparency and participation are central to the IHP+ and IHP+Results. A transparent and participative process ensures that everyone has a stake in our work and that the findings we produce are balanced, independent and informed.

The results of our monitoring and evaluation are able to feed into relevant campaigns, conducted by stakeholders.  Our role is to ensure that all stakeholders are up-to-date, and gain a broad knowledge and understanding of our work, which can be used for areas such as advocacy.

Transparency in our work, methods and findings means that the Results we obtain – and our subsequent assessments – will be reliable as possible.  We will present the monitoring and evaluation of the IHP+ in two main forms: a scorecard and an online evaluation tool.

Country and Partner Scorecards

The Scorecard indicates progress and  success against commitments across five Results areas. These present  an at-a-glance assessment of the countries and partners that are  participating  in the IHP+ Results process.

Online Engagement Tool

Any stakeholder is able to participate  in monitoring the IHP+ progress through our Online Engagement Tool.   Stakeholders use the tool to rate the perceived performance of each  IHP+ signatory against the commitments they have made in global and  country compacts.
